Extensive research and testing revealed that candidates who prepared in advance consistently outperformed their peers, particularly in the exam phase. This insight motivated us to develop a comprehensive assistance program designed to significantly improve candidates’ chances of success.

In April 2019, the Postal Service enlisted a third-party company to revamp their employment exam. This change led us to adapt our program to the four Virtual Entry Assessments, replacing the previous Postal Battery Exam.
